You need to put 2 lines in server.cfg:
ensure gcom_water
ensure gcom_smuggling_v2
Here we have
Exterior
-calmed the water in the ocean;
-carefully carved doors;
-created custom hide door (water enter + garage enter);
Interior
Room 1 (surface):
-office with one work place and sofa;
-a small structure for a warehouse;
-a large box that resembles a box, but it is the door to the basement.
Room 2 (basement - hidden warehouse): -
a small room, but a very roomy warehouse; -
suit wardrobe; (swim suit, diving suit);
-planning and work place;
-descending to the underground pier;
In this version, a new room was added (I would even say just dug) - meth lab
Room 3 (underground pier):
-double dock;
-a bunch of stuff;
-tunnel
- exit to the ocean.
